Trainee Finnmark in Northern Norway
Trainee Finnmark is a trainee scheme for businesses in Northern Norway and Finnmark. Starting in August 2013 the third batch of trainees will be employed by companies in the North.
The trainee positions are designed for students with at least 3 years of higher technical engineering education. While the program lasts for one year during which the trainees undergo an extensive introduction and competency building process, the participants will be at the same time fully integrated staff members of their host companies with the aim to become regular employees at the end of the period.
Why become a Trainee?
As a trainee, you will participate in exciting and eventful programs including technical, project management and general business courses, conferences, networking sessions, study tours and much more. Additionally the staff of Trainee Finnmark is always at your side to provide assistance where ever need; and last but not least you can bank on the solid network of current and former program members for support and many good experiences on and off the job.
